The Construction Consultants (TCC) has handed over a new Costa Coffee drive thru outlet in Gloucestershire.
The multi-disciplined construction consultancy has delivered the new single storey unit on the site of the former Cross Keys Inn, on Bath Road in Hardwicke.
The development includes a mono-pitched roof with a mixture of coloured render, timber cladding and powder coated aluminium panels, and comprises 26 car parking spaces and associated landscaping.
TCC was involved in the development from inception to practical completion and provided project management, employer’s agent, cost management and design services on behalf of client, Loc8 Developments.
It is the second recent development that the consultancy has delivered for Loc8 Developments, having completed work on a new four storey Travelodge hotel in Swindon, that includes a bar cafe, drive thru Subway and a standalone drive thru Starbucks.
Co-founder and Director of TCC, Alex Plimmer, said: “We’re fortunate to have developed a successful working relationship with the team at Loc8 Developments, which is enabling us to deliver projects for high-calibre brands such as Costa Coffee and Travelodge.
“It’s an exciting partnership and we’re looking forward to working with Loc8 Developments again in the future.”
Mark Kennedy, Managing Director of Loc8 Developments, said: “I have really enjoyed working with TCC, they have provided a super job. I am very keen to do more projects together.”
