A development comprising two luxurious private dwellings situated in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. These homes showcase traditional construction, combining ‘handmade’ facing bricks and locally sourced stone feature surrounds, adding true character to the elevations. The main roofs, are gracefully weathered in blue-black China slates, featuring photovoltaic panels (PV) on the southern elevations, reflecting a commitment to both aesthetics and sustainable practices. TCC played a key role in the project’s entirety, offering Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services from the initial stages of development through to completion.
