TCC are providing commercial support to Management Contractor WB Property Group as well as Client’s QS and PM services to BLS Banbury. The project will see the partial demolition and refurbishment as well as roof-level and side extension to an existing derelict office building in Banbury, to provide a modern Travelodge Hotel in Banbury, improving the local street scene and local amenity.
