Design and construction of 52 houses and apartments on a derelict site near Birmingham. The homes, to be retained by Citizen Housing Group as affordable and first homes, will be part of a flagship development for Citizen and create a welcoming new community for residents. TCC are supporting the main contractor with commercial management, quantity surveying, buying and project management services.
