A new high-quality industrial and logistics development totalling 28,000ft2 split across 4 blocks. The project forms part of the wider Gallows Hill development on the outskirts of Warwick. TCC have been involved in the project from the initial feasibility stages through to procurement and site works and were appointed as PM, EA, QS.
