The project includes the preparation for the construction of 6 new residential tower buildings (285 new homes) ranging from 6 to 17 storey’s in height facing over the river Thames. The pre-construction phase included the planning of a safeguarded wharf for flexible general industrial / storage or distribution floorspace, residential dwellings (use class C3) and ancillary communal floorspace including a cafe and a new Thames Path with associated lift / stair access. TCC are involved in the project as CDM Principal Designer in the pre-construction phase.
