A new high-quality industrial and logistics development totalling 91,000ft2 split across 6 units. The works included remediation works to historic mine workings along with additional ground improvements to provide the required bearing ratios. TCC have been involved in the project from the initial feasibility stages through to procurement and site works and were appointed as EA, QS and PD.
