A development of 24 BTR units, car parking landscaping and new services located within the Chapel Ash area of Wolverhampton city centre. The development is of traditional brick and block construction, with pre-cast upper floors and stairs. External walls are comprised of facing brickwork, aluminium cladding panels and a large curtain walling entrance.  Contemporary and flexible, with a good range of facilities, these apartments have a well-equipped kitchen with a good range of appliances, while entertainment is well taken care of between the Smart TV and the Superfast Wi-Fi.  The project was a negotiated design and build route with ETME Group Ltd acting as Main Contractor. TCC are appointed as Project Manager,  Employers Agent & Quantity Surveyor.
