A ‘Drive Thru’ coffee shop and bakery with 24 car parking spaces, EV charging points and associated landscaping. The building is a single-storey steel framed unit with a mono-pitched roof and coloured powder-coated aluminium panels. The site is located on the Oaktree Business Park, Bristol Road, Highbridge adjacent to a new McDonalds. The project was a negotiated Design & Build contract with Capital Construction Management Ltd as the Main Contractor.  TCC were involved in the development from the outset through to completion and delivered the project on time and to budget.
