An 82 bed, five storey Travelodge Hotel with ground floor commercial spaces with associated car parking and landscaping. The building is formed of a concrete transfer deck with lightweight structural framing system and brickwork elevations. The rooms will consist of 24 family rooms, 49 double shower rooms and nine wheelchair accessible rooms.  The site is located at 11 Station Road, Upminster and built by CJN Concepts Limited. TCC were involved in the development as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor from the early pre-contract site remediation phases right through to completion.
