The building is situated near the popular Cribbs Causway shopping centre in Bristol and is ideally suited for people wishing to explore the local area. The building also boasts an integral Costa Drive thru and Subway with ample parking. We provided Project Management and Quantity Surveying services and were involved on the project from inception through to completion. We worked closely with the end tenant throughout the build to ensure the finished product was completed in line with their bespoke requirements.
