A multi million pound student accommodation scheme set in the heart of Birmingham providing 659 rooms across three towers with views across the newly created City Park. The building was finished in 2016 and is now run as part of Birmingham City University’s ever growing campus. The site itself was previously brownfield land, ready for redevelopment and a new lease of life. Now with a teaming student community the area known as East Side Locks looks to establish itself as one of the up and coming areas in this vibrant city, particularly given the buildings proximity to HS2 and Birmingham City Council’s exciting and ambitious future plans for the surrounding area.
