The restoration and conversion of a Grade II listed, dilapidated 1860’s foundry on Constitution Hill in Birmingham into 32 apartments and 4 commercial flexible class E use units.  The development, which includes the construction of a rooftop extension and a new-build 4-storey element, contains a mixture of one and two-bedroom studio apartments. TCC were involved in the development from inception, providing Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services as well as Commercial and Programme Management support.
