The demolition of an existing dealership and rebuild and refurbishment in two phases on the Marsh Barton business park.  The existing premises in Matford Park Road were built in 2005 so modernisation plans were drawn up to demolish around two-thirds of the existing showroom and workshop areas and then rebuild it to create a larger facility with parking and landscaping.

A new steel framed structure was built to the ground floor attached to the retained building along with a mezzanine floor.  The project also integrates installation of new drainage systema, mechanical, electrical, and utility services.

The project includes the main dealership building containing a car showroom and high-quality workshop for servicing and MOT testing, with a separate wet and dry valet building located to the rear. TCC provided Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services and have been involved since the initial project feasibility stage.
