New build student accommodation in the centre of Birmingham tailored to serve international students. The building seven storeys high and was of modular construction which allowed for the structural frame to be manufactured off-site thus enabling the client to bring this magnificent building to the market sooner than a traditional build and in time for the influx of students in September. Facilities included a gymnasium, cinema room library, study room and games room with fully equipped student rooms complete with en suite and cooking facilities. We worked with the client from inception providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.
